NoviSign Canada uses WordPress for the creation of our website, and we also use external plugins such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, and Google Ads. Such external services, which are outside of our control,  may collect your personal information and please refer to their privacy policy statements and take the suggested measures as stated in theirs. 

For the digital signage players and NoviSign studio, we may also collect the external IP address, browser type, browser version, browser language, operating system, timezone, app version, errors generated and other player related information. However, the privacy policy of NoviSign Canada will not be applied to the two services as they work outside of our website, so please refer to each privacy policy statement upon the utilization of these services.

For how long do we collect?

The above-mentioned information which we collect will remain at our databases with no expiration date, until you ask ask to delete that data (probably, in case you decide to end our services).

We do not delete data from X server unless you request  us to do so.
